Your story could inspire women to grow and become leaders in their field.

Do your friends or colleagues ever ask you, “How did you get to where you are in your career?”

Have you ever been invited to speak and received questions like “How do you do X? I’ve been struggling and don’t know what to do?”

If so… we’d love to hear from you.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re male or female… young or mature.

The only thing that matters is that you’ve discovered things some women at work are struggling with and you have a career story that could inspire women to grow and become leaders in their field.

If you think that’s you… read on.

We’re on a mission to help over a million women around the world receive the education they need to become leaders in their organisation and experts in their field.

We’d like to help create a world where:

  • Women are paid equally to men. Currently in the UK, there’s a 20% gender pay gap.

  • Women get hired for and make an impact in top leadership positions. According to a Credit Suisse report, only 16% of women are in management positions in the UK & USA.

  • Women are represented as speakers and thought leaders in their field and the media. While women are present in the media, we represent 79% of victims. Yet three-quarters of the media's "experts" are men. The media says that this is because there just aren't that many female experts around

As much as we can do to help women move forward in their career… this isn’t a mission we can achieve alone.

We need you. I need you.

I would love to interview and feature people who have learned things that will help women grow and reach their full potential.

Your journey and the wisdom you gained along the way could help transform the careers and lives of women all over the world.

To be interviewed and featured as an expert, please follow these two simple steps:

Who are you? What do you do? And what hurdles did you have to overcome to get to where you are in your career?

We’d love to hear your career story and the life changing lessons you learned along the way.

In less than 150 words, write and summarise your story.

At the end of your story, share links to your website, LinkedIn page or anything that has your bio and background.

Submit your story and information about you to submissions@joyrandolph.com

We welcome all types of career stories … from people who are on a mission, to students who started a business to people who became managers and executives at global companies.

Please note that while we read every submission, due to our commitment to deliver the most helpful and educational content to our readers, we can’t accept every submission.

We’ll write to you within 5 days of your submission if you’ve been successful in being someone we’d like to interview.

If you haven’t been successful, don’t worry. You can always write to us again with another story idea that you think would be better suited for the women who want to lead.
